COVID-19 Preparedness plan

Our drivers clean and disinfect their bus’s regularly but we also use an Ozone treatment to sanitize the bus.

How Does Ozone Work To Eliminate Contaminants?

Ozone is an unstable oxygen molecule that reacts to anything it collides with. Because of this, ozone can be very powerful in eliminating bacteria, viruses, and killing tiny insects, beg bugs, and cockroaches. Ozone will also get rid of tobacco smoke, mold, and mildew odor through oxidization. Any irritation and discomfort caused by the allergens and smoke will be alleviated as well.

Ozone has a very short life-cycle of approximately 30 minutes. It will recombine with other gaseous elements forming an inert (not chemically reactive) gas. If nothing happens, ozone will eventually break down, detach the extra oxygen atom and revert back to Oxygen (O2).
