As you probably know, Tom and myself have been trying our best to get out to see each of you and get to know you more. Tom has been able to do this better than I have and after talking with him, we decided that perhaps sending out this comment/feedback card that it would help expedite addressing any issues or concerns you have. We don’t necessarily have specific questions to ask you, but instead want to make this more informal and give you all a chance to write freely in the section below regarding anything you would like to bring to our attention. That way we can get a head start on addressing/fixing these issues. You can put your name on it if you’d like or it can remain anonymous.
