1. Rainbow Rider can be up to 5 minutes early, and or 5 minutes late picking up or dropping off the student. Please have the student prepared to board the bus 10 minutes before their scheduled pick up time. In the first few weeks, please expect small variances in times as we will be adjusting schedules.
2. Rainbow Rider will wait only 3 minutes for the student to board the bus. As a courtesy to all other students and parents, please have your child ready, or call Rainbow Rider to cancel the ride. Parents must call Rainbow Rider when the student is not riding. Failure to cancel or board the bus within 3 minutes is considered a No-Show. After three No-Shows, bus service may be suspended for one week.
3. Payment MUST accompany your child or NO ride will be given. When dropping off a student under age 10, Rainbow Rider’s policy is to have a responsible adult to meet the student. When dropping off at school, a teacher or aide should be there to meet the student.
4. Please review all information included on this document for correctness before transmitting to Rainbow Rider.
Students will not be transported until this document is transmitted to Rainbow Rider and receipt of this form does NOT automatically place your child on our schedule. Dispatch must be contacted to ensure your child has a place on our schedule.
